This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for all subscriptions, credit packs, and other payments made to Adhype, a service owned and operated by Ohad Zadok ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using Adhype, you agree to the terms below.
If this is your first purchase with Adhype and you are dissatisfied for any reason, email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of your initial payment and before you have consumed more than 30 generation credits or 10 minutes of video render time (whichever comes first). We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Credits or add-ons purchased outside a recurring plan are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.
We may, at our sole discretion, provide partial or full refunds if:
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Adhype support may result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to contest any invalid chargebacks.

We respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing times by your bank or card issuer are beyond our control.
We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of Adhype after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
