Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 29, 2025

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for all subscriptions, credit packs, and other payments made to Adhype, a service owned and operated by Ohad Zadok ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using Adhype, you agree to the terms below.


1 | First-Time Satisfaction Guarantee

7-Day, Limited-Use Refund

If this is your first purchase with Adhype and you are dissatisfied for any reason, email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of your initial payment and before you have consumed more than 30 generation credits or 10 minutes of video render time (whichever comes first). We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.


2 | Standard Subscription Refunds

  1. Advance Billing & Auto-Renewal
    • All plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually) and renew automatically until you cancel.
  2. No Prorated Refunds After the Guarantee Window
    • Payments are non-refundable once (a) the 7-day window closes or (b) the usage limits above are exceeded, even if you cancel before the end of the current term.
  3. How to Cancel
    • Turn off auto-renew in your dashboard at least 24 hours before your next bill date to avoid further charges. Your plan remains active until the paid term ends.

3 | Credit Packs & One-Time Purchases

Credits or add-ons purchased outside a recurring plan are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.


4 | Service Outages & Errors

We may, at our sole discretion, provide partial or full refunds if:

  • A verified, continuous Service outage lasts longer than 24 hours and you open a support ticket during the outage; or
  • You were incorrectly charged because of a technical or billing system error.

5 | Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Adhype support may result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to contest any invalid chargebacks.


6 | How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with:

  1. The email address on your Adhype account
  2. The invoice or transaction ID
  3. A brief explanation of the issue

We respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing times by your bank or card issuer are beyond our control.


7 | Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of Adhype after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
