This Privacy Policy explains how Adhype—a web-based service owned and operated by Ohad Zadok ("Adhype," "we," "us," or "our")—collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit adhype.ai, use our web application, APIs, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.

2 | Information We Collect

We do not intentionally collect data from children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA); if we learn we have done so, we will delete it.

3 | How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate and maintain the Service
• Authenticate you and secure your account
• Process transactions and prevent fraud
• Generate advertising creatives and store them for your later download
• Train, fine-tune or evaluate our AI models on an aggregated, de-identified basis (you may opt out in your profile or by emailing us)
• Improve and debug the Service; develop new features
• Send transactional messages (receipts, credits, technical updates). We send marketing emails only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time
• Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms of Use

4 | Sharing & Disclosure

We never sell personal data. We share it only as follows:

1. Service Providers – cloud infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS), GPU inference hosts, payment processors, customer-support systems, analytics vendors—all bound by confidentiality agreements.
2. Advertising Platforms – if you explicitly connect accounts (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) we pass the creatives and any metadata you choose to export.
3. Legal & Safety – where required to comply with a subpoena, court order, or to prevent harm or illegal activity.
4. Business Transfers – if Adhype or substantially all of its assets are transferred, personal data will remain subject to this Policy.
5. With Your Consent – e.g., if you ask us to showcase a campaign success story.

5 | International Data Transfers

We and many of our processors are located in Israel, the United States and the European Economic Area ("EEA"). When personal data originating from the EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred outside those regions, we rely on:
• Israel's EU adequacy decision;
• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or UK Addendum; or
• Other recognised safeguards.

• Essential cookies – for log-in and account security (cannot be disabled).
• Analytics cookies – e.g., Google Analytics, to measure site usage (disabled until you grant consent where required).
• Preference cookies – to remember language or UI settings.

No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password and enable additional safeguards (e.g., 2-factor authentication when available).

9 | Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, etc.) you may have the right to:

• Access or receive a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete ("right to be forgotten") or restrict processing
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Data portability
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data (California)
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Israel: Privacy Protection Authority; in the EU: your local DPA)

10 | Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data without parental consent, please contact us for deletion.

11 | Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new "Effective Date" and, if the changes are material, notify you by email or in-app at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
